Job Description

Head – Portfolio Monitoring in the bank.

Job Summary:

Lead portfolio monitoring, governance, risk control, audit readiness, MIS reporting, and customer experience initiatives. Drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and support business growth through effective stakeholder and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor portfolio performance and improve operational processes.
  • Oversee governance, audit, risk, and compliance activities.
  • Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop teams, driving performance and business objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 15–22 years of experience in Banking/NBFC, preferably in Wholesale Banking, Operations, Audit, Branch Banking, or Digital Banking.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
