About Us

BitQcode Capital is a systematic quantitative fund operating live FX and global macro strategies across Dubai and India. We're building institutional-grade infrastructure to scale proven trading talent with serious capital — not backtests, not paper trading, real strategies with real track records.

The Opportunity

We're looking for traders who have already built and run their own strategies in FX, commodities, or indices — and now want the capital, infrastructure, and operational backbone to scale from managing thousands to managing tens or hundreds of millions. If you've been trading your own book or a small allocation and hitting a ceiling on capital, technology, or risk infrastructure, this is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Run your existing systematic strategy on scaled capital within BitQcode's risk framework
• Progress through our strategy lifecycle: Research → Paper → Pilot → Full Allocation, with capital scaling at each validated stage
• Work directly with the investment team on risk parameters, position sizing, and portfolio construction
• Contribute to a growing multi-strategy book alongside other PMs

What We're Looking For

• A verifiable track record trading FX, commodities, and/or indices (live trading history required — audited or brokerage-verifiable preferred)
• Demonstrated edge with a clear, repeatable process — systematic, discretionary, or hybrid
• Strong risk management discipline and drawdown control
• Prior experience at a prop desk, bank, hedge fund, or as a serious independent/proprietary trader
• Comfort operating within institutional risk limits and reporting requirements
