Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through CRM-assigned leads.
  • Generate and conduct site visits for interested clients.
  • Manage negotiations with buyers and ensure successful closures.
  • Achieve a target of 5-6 prospective site visits per week.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (local language is an added advantage).
  • Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Graduate in any discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry preferred.
  • Candidates should be currently employed or serving a notice period.
  • Desired: Must own a two-wheeler, as the role requires frequent client meetings and site visits.
