Role Description The Portfolio Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing real estate investment portfolios, including monitoring performance, assessing risks, and recommending adjustments aligned with client goals and market conditions. Daily activities include conducting market and financial analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, coordinating transactions, and maintaining detailed portfolio reports. The role involves collaborating with advisory and sales teams, engaging with clients to understand their objectives, and presenting clear, data-driven strategies for portfolio growth. The Portfolio Manager is expected to uphold high standards of compliance, client service, and ethical conduct in all portfolio decisions.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, risk assessment, and performance evaluation.
  • Finance and investment knowledge, with the ability to understand returns, cash flows, and capital allocation.
  • Hands-on experience in portfolio management and real estate investments, preferably within advisory or consulting environments.
  • Understanding of trading or transaction execution processes, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, real estate investment courses) are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and portfolio management tools; comfort working with financial and market data.
  • High level of integrity, client-centric mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
