Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the role of Portfolio Manager with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, NBFC compliance, and CIC regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the NBFC or banking industry and possess expertise in financial management, compliance, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor financial and investment portfoliosEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, RBI, and other regulatory requirementsHandle NBFC and CIC-related compliance, reporting, and documentationPrepare MIS reports, portfolio analysis, and financial statementsMonitor portfolio performance, financial risks, and operational controlsCoordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authoritiesEnsure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory submissionsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesMaintain accurate accounting records and ensure process complianceAnalyze financial data and provide strategic insights to managementManage and monitor financial and borrower's portfolioRequired Skills & KnowledgeStrong understanding of GST, TDS, accounting, and taxationKnowledge of NBFC regulations and RBI compliance frameworkExperience in CIC compliance and reportingStrong analytical and financial management skillsProficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP softwareGood communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage portfolios and financial reporting independentlyEligibility CriteriaQualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)3-6 years of relevant experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services industryExperience in finance, compliance, taxation, or portfolio management preferredCandidates with exposure to RBI and CIC regulations will be preferredPreferred Candidate ProfileStrong ownership and execution mindsetDetail-oriented and compliance-focused professionalAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood problem-solving and coordination skillsStrong reporting and analytical capabilities
