Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall day-to-day delivery from the India ICS Management team at highest quality and timelines.
- Works closely with the local leadership team and the global stakeholders to continuously revisit how local BU can contribute to the changing business priorities of the enterprise.
- Sets the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence, and holding the team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Represent ICS Management BU team globally
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders as needed to ensure flawless execution
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and responsible for customer satisfaction
- Drive prioritization of strategic initiatives
- Provide periodic project updates to internal/external stakeholders while being time sensitive to delivery
- Establish structured operating rhythms and governance frameworks
- Ensure follow-through on leadership commitments and Operational Oversight
- Responsible for talent processes in the vertical with key focus on talent acquisition, development, engagement and retention
- Monitor KPIs across Hiring, HR, and Finance and strengthen the process
- Headcount, Billing reporting and management
Job Requirements:
- About 8-10 years of work experience in the IT/IT service industry.
- B.E/B-Tech/MBA or equivalent qualifications
- Effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, nurturing one team mindset and team building
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Experience in financial markets business and technology domain
- Exposure to product management, product requirements development, product-market fit, product strategy and product Lifecyle management
- Proven experience in coming up with Dashboards, Metrics, KPI definition etc
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Exposure to revenue strategy, operating model design, or company-wide transformations
- Excellent Analytical skill, Strong Problem-solving skills, Communication skills (business storytelling)
- Inquisitive, Proactive and Self-Starter, thrives in ambiguity and creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
- High ownership and execution bias
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Ability to deliver results in a matrix structure
