As a Trade Support Analyst within the Portfolio Management Group, you deliver critical and time-sensitive processes with precision. You collaborate with portfolio managers and trading desks to monitor risk, implement trades, and maintain client accounts. Job Responsibilities
Deliver critical and time-sensitive processes with high accuracy
Conduct pre-trade monitoring of risk and identify accounts for trading
Assist portfolio managers with account maintenance and trading inquiries
Re-engineer processes, procedures, and business architecture using technology such as Alteryx, Python, and Tableau
Review, monitor, and report performance of client accounts and portfolios
Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) packs for management review
Implement timely and accurate trades based on Chief Investment Office guidelines
Manage orders and send trades to fulfill daily tasks
Support and monitor new account initial investments
Monitor cash and security activity in client accounts
Support liquidations and tax harvesting requests
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Hold a post-graduate degree in Finance
Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in financial services in middle office or trade implementation
Understand investment products including managed accounts, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs
Exhibit passion and knowledge of financial markets
Communicate, collaborate, and build strong interpersonal relationships
Multitask and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment
Take accountability and responsibility for actions and results
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Gain exposure to portfolio monitoring and trade life cycle
Apply knowledge of risk or related functions
Utilize scripting languages and data analysis tools such as Alteryx, Python, Tableau, and VBA
Solve problems with strong control and project management skills

Report and monitor performance metrics for client portfolios
Support operational excellence through process re-engineering
