Your day to day
- Hotel systems and Guest Experience
- Ensure daily IT check list is followed
- Check the interfaces and connectivity of hotels
- Attend user calls and resolve or align right team to action
- Be the first point of contact for hotels users for any technical or application issues
- Understand the requirements clearly from end user and provide solutions
- Support and guide local IT resource
- Creation/deletion of users id as per csa guide line
- Train local hotel resource on WIFI signal testing and documentation
- Coordinate with MSP for signal improvements
- Coordinate with hotel front desk for guest WIFI feedback and find areas of improvement
- Ensure CSA documents for assigned hotels are completed
- Check the backup for previous night is completed without any error
- Take manual backup in case of tape backup failure and documented
- Backup tape are changed regularly and documented the inventory
- Check all scheduled tasks for file backup, dco are completed for previous day
- Check for regular system updates complete the pending systems
- Highlight ITM on any SLA deviations from vendors
- Ensure the local resource availability or escalate to ITM and vendor if any deviation
- Train new Local resources on their routine task and call logging process
- Support users on daily calls
- Proposing any new suggestions which can improve the user or Team efficiency
- Maintenance of the inventory
- Follow up finance for any bill payments ( AMC, ILL Bills etc
Hotel systems and network
- Check the network for latency and performance
- Regular backup of firewall and switches
- Check for firewall rules and make changes accordingly
- Ios upgrade of firewall and switches

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field
- 1 years related experience or with computer set-up and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of networks and operating systems and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)
- Great communication skills
- A team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
