Job Summary

The Portfolio Delivery Lead will oversee the strategic management and delivery of complex portfolios ensuring alignment with organizational goals. With a focus on Portfolio Management PPM and Delivery Management the role demands extensive experience to drive efficiency and innovation. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of portfolio management initiatives to align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects within the portfolio ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers fostering a collaborative environment for successful project delivery.
  • Analyze portfolio performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure portfolio alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive portfolio documentation to support decision-making processes.
  • Implement best practices in portfolio and project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies into portfolio delivery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all portfolio activities.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor resource allocation and utilization to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on portfolio status and progress.
  • Contribute to the companys growth by delivering high-impact projects that benefit society. Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Portfolio Management and PPM with a proven track record of successful delivery management.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex portfolios preferably in Payer Finance and Accounting domains.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess portfolio performance and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and drive organizational success.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to portfolio management.
  • Experience in integrating innovative technologies into portfolio delivery processes.
