Are you passionate about driving impactful marketing campaigns and building strong client relationships We are looking for an experienced Portfolio/Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team and lead end-to-end portfolio initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive portfolio and campaign management, including activation, engagement, and retention strategies across diverse customer segments.

Design and execute campaign frameworks, from list generation and communication mix to channel attribution.

Monitor campaign performance and establish effective review & feedback loops with stakeholders.

Manage offer communication by optimizing messaging and channel strategy.

Lead client discussions, ensuring seamless delivery of project outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing strategic direction with execution excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing (MBA preferred)

57 years experience in marketing campaigns/portfolio management (credit/debit card domain experience is a big plus)

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Excellent stakeholder management & client communication skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver measurable results

A keen eye on marketing trends and innovative engagement strategies
