What You'll Do

  • Manage and oversee the centralized mailbox for APAC accounts, ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries and maintaining service excellence standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio accounts across the APAC region, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve complex account issues, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments
  • Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and process improvements within the portfolio

What We're Looking For


  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience. The role will require working during Australia or Singapore timezone.
  • Experience in the business travel industry is preferred, with knowledge of travel management solutions, corporate travel policies, or related business travel processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Should have the ability to address issues, concerns, escalations & difficult client conversations via emails.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where you can adapt quickly and stay sharp
  • A problem-solver at heart who thinks strategically and finds solutions that work for both clients and the business
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a genuine passion for learning and growth
