Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations of the portal, ensuring reliability, quality, and user
satisfaction.
Lead a cross-functional team covering content management, customer support,
data administration, and technical coordination.
Ensure smooth integration with training providers, employers, and internal
systems.
Establish and maintain SOPs to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Revenue Generation
Develop and execute a business plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and onboard paying partners (e.g., training institutes, employers,
government programs) to list courses, jobs, or premium services.
Define and manage pricing models, subscription tiers, or listing fees as
appropriate.
Track and report on financial performance, forecasting, and pipeline
development.
Partnership Development
Build strategic relationships with training institutions, employers, NGOs, and
government agencies.
Negotiate partnership agreements that drive both operational impact and
revenue goals.
Ensure partner satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and
performance reviews.
User Experience & Growth
Monitor user journeys to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for trainees,
employers, and partners.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to prioritize improvements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and
retention.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate data on courses, job listings, user activity, and placements.
Produce regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting
operational metrics, revenue, and impact outcomes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about trends in online training, recruitment technology, and
workforce development.
Identify opportunities for new features, revenue streams, or operational
efficiencies.
Lead or support special projects to improve portal functionality and impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Technology, Marketing,
or related field.
58 years of experience in managing online platforms, EdTech solutions, job
portals, or similar services.
Proven track record of meeting operational and revenue goals.
Strong understanding of vocational training, workforce development, or
recruitment ecosystems.
Excellent partnership development and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Familiarity with CRM, CMS, or portal management systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience in social impact, nonprofit, or CSR-led training/employment
initiatives.
Knowledge of digital marketing, user acquisition, and growth strategies.
Understanding of UX/UI principles to improve digital products.
