Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute advanced Port and Marine structure design including FEM analyses using Plaxis 2D/3D
- Develop and apply constitutive soil models for accurate ground behavior simulation.
- Interpret and integrate ground characterization data into modeling workflows.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geotechnical, structural, and marine engineering.
Education and Professional Skills:
- Minimum 4-12 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with a focus on Port and Marine structures.
- Proven expertise in Plaxis 2D and 3D.
- Strong understanding of constitutive laws and soil-structure interaction.
- Broad experience in modeling a variety of geotechnical structures.
- Solid knowledge of ground investigation and characterization techniques.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Experience with MIDAS is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in coding/scripting (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation and data processing is a plus.
