Population Health Informaticist (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced Population Health Informaticists to bring their domain expertise to AI — helping ensure that health data, analytics, and public health reasoning are represented accurately and meaningfully in next-generation AI systems.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to population health data, analytics, and health informatics
  • Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving outcomes
  • Design and review dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support population health monitoring and decision-making
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable strategies and provide structured feedback on AI-generated health content
  • Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or missed opportunities in AI reasoning around public health topics

Who You Are

  • Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, including familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools
  • Able to translate complex health data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated — comfortable working independently and asynchronously
  • Passionate about using data to drive meaningful health improvements

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, or public health informatics
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or SQL in a health context
