Role Summary
The Senior Manager IT will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure and operations, driving IT strategy execution, and ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology systems aligned with business objectives. The role involves team leadership, vendor management, and continuous improvement of IT processes to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business and operational goals
- Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT systems, networks, and applications
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals
- Manage system integrations, virtualization platforms, and technology upgrades
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives, data protection, and compliance with IT standards
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Lead IT projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver IT solutions

Educational Qualifications
- MBA and Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent preferred
