Position: Sales & Marketing Polymer Industry

Experience Required:

10+ years of experience in sales & marketing within the polymer / plastic / recycling industry

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and develop new business leads across India

Manage and grow existing customer relationships

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and applications

Handle end-to-end sales cycle: enquiry, negotiation, order closure, and follow-up

Maintain and update leads, customers, and sales pipeline in CRM software

Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Travel extensively across India for customer meetings, exhibitions, and market development

Technical & Skill Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge of polymer granules (PP, CP, ABS, HDPE)

Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality parameters, and applications

Participating in main events as Exhibitor

Experience in handling B2B industrial customers

Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-focused mindset

Travel:

Willingness to travel Pan India is mandatory
