Role Overview
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients collaborating with a leading AI research organization on a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving political analysis, civic reasoning, and policy interpretation capabilities in advanced language models.
We are seeking experienced Politics Experts to create and evaluate high-quality politics-related prompts and responses.
This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specifically seeking experts who are fluent and deeply engaged in one or more of the following languages:
Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
Important: This role is not about translation ability alone. Candidates must have sustained engagement with political discourse within their linguistic and cultural ecosystem
including familiarity with:
- Local political systems and governance structures
- Party dynamics and electoral processes
- Public policy debates and legislative frameworks
- Political history and institutional development
- Media landscapes and civic discourse norms
This role is ideal for policy analysts, civic researchers, political writers, engaged commentators, or serious enthusiasts actively participating in political discussions within their language environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Author realistic prompts spanning political systems, comparative politics, elections, governance, public policy, and political theory
- Review and refine AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, contextual depth, neutrality, and clarity
- Write high-quality gold standard responses for complex political or policy-oriented questions
- Create controlled prompt variations testing differences in institutional context, historical period, policy framing, or governance structure
- Evaluate outputs across tones (analytical, explanatory, neutral briefing-style)
- Identify model failure cases such as factual inaccuracies, oversimplification, partisan framing, or culturally inconsistent interpretation
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of sustained engagement with politics through research, writing, civic involvement, policy analysis, or independent study
- Active participation in political discourse within at least one of the specified language ecosystems
- Strong familiarity with political institutions, policy debates, and media environments in your region
- Ability to articulate political analysis clearly, objectively, and with contextual nuance in the target language
- Strong written communication skills and balanced editorial judgment
Commitment
- Expected availability: 1040 hours per week
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
