Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality political campaign videos, speeches, interviews, reels, and promotional content.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Lead and mentor junior video editors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and campaign strategists to execute creative concepts.
- Ensure all videos align with campaign objectives, branding, and messaging.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, transitions, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Stay updated with the latest political trends, viral content formats, and editing techniques.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines during campaign periods.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure proper backup of all creative assets.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other professional editing software.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience in editing political, news, or campaign-related content is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
