Political Intern

Kshetra Consulting Pvt Ltd is a consultancy firm founded by XLRI, IIT, and IIM alumni who are pioneers in political campaigns, election management, policy analysis, implementation of governance initiatives, media communications, technology, and investment promotion. Our focus is on delivering specific risk intelligence, decision-making and analysis, crisis management, and building strategy. Our team has experience working with state and national parties, multinational companies, small businesses, voluntary groups, charities, influencers, change-makers, and ideologists. We have a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from prestigious institutions such as IITs, IIMs, German universities, and OU, as well as experience in corporates like Udaan and Deloitte, and foundations like SRIJAN.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Political Intern at Kshetra Consulting. The Political Intern will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with political campaigns, election management, policy analysis, media communications, and research. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with the team on various projects and gain valuable experience in the field of politics and consultancy.

• Strong interest in politics and government affairs
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Understanding of political campaigns and election processes
• Experience in policy analysis and media communications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
