Job Description
We are seeking experienced *Political Ground Resources* to support and execute political activities at the grassroots level in Pune and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should have strong local knowledge, excellent communication skills in Marathi, and hands-on experience working in political or social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on-ground to support political campaigns, outreach programs, and local initiatives
- Coordinate with local leaders, party workers, volunteers, and community members
- Conduct door-to-door interactions, surveys, and voter engagement activities
- Organize and manage small to large-scale political events, meetings, and rallies
- Gather local insights, public feedback, and report ground realities to the core team
- Assist in mobilizing supporters during campaigns and important political events
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and maintain discipline on the field
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum *3+ years of experience* in political fieldwork, campaigns, or grassroots mobilization
- *Fluent in Marathi* (spoken and written); Hindi is an added advantage
* Strong understanding of *local political dynamics in Pune & Maharashtra*
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours
- Ability to handle pressure and work independently on the field
- *Immediate availability* is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with political parties, NGOs, or social organizations
- Familiarity with voter data collection and ground reporting
