Responsibility:
- Develop polarion customizations such as workflow automations, trigger scripts, custom live reports development, macros development etc.
- Good understanding of ALM tool form Siemens Polarion as an End user, Super User and customizations development.
- Basic understanding of OSLC APIs & OSLC based integrations.
- Applying SDK/APIs understanding to develop integrations.
- Evaluate, update, and optimize existing ALM workflows.
- Design and implement tailored reports and dashboards to visualize project data and metrics within Polarion.
- Ability to integrate Polarion with other systems using REST APIs, web services, and OSLC standards.
- Executing projects with End-to-End software development lifecycle using Agile, defect tracking, testing, requirements management.
- Extensive hands-on experience on Core Java, Java Scripting, REAT APIs based integrations development.
- Good understanding of SDLC processes and all ALM phases.
- Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation and macros, and potentially VBA programming.
- Familiarity with SQL database or related querying database.
- Should have exposure in configuration management activities such as creating baseline, labeling, version controlling, releasing and change control (PR/ECR) using ALM/PLM tools.
- Cross functional Interaction with all the teams for successful completion of the Problem Reporting, Change Control and Release workflows.
- Exposure the DO-178 & DO-254 Configuration Management objectives/activities.
