POFU Expert (MIS Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Engagement & Post-Offer Management (POFU)

• Maintain continuous, proactive communication with offered candidates throughout their notice period to keep them engaged and aligned with the organization.
• Conduct structured candidate touchpoints to probe into candidate interest levels, potential competing offers, and notice period updates.
• Identify early warning signs or candidate hesitations and immediately report potential risk factors or operational gaps to onsite teams.
• Provide candidate reassurance, address queries regarding onboarding, and act as a reliable liaison between offered talent and internal stakeholders.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain, update, and manage candidate data using Advanced Excel spreadsheets and manual operational trackers.
• Ensure total data accuracy and hygiene across all post-offer candidate pipelines.
• Generate and present regular weekly reporting on pipeline metrics, candidate engagement levels, risk assessments, and expected joining dates.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with recruiter leads, hiring teams, and onsite client contacts to ensure transparent visibility into candidate joining statuses.
• Escalate candidate concerns or expectations to onsite management promptly to enable quick intervention and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 8–11 years of experience in talent acquisition, candidate management, or recruitment operations, with specific exposure to post-offer engagement or onboarding workflows.
• Excel Competencies: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (managing data sets, manual tracking, lookups, pivot tables, and custom reporting).
• Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening and probing capabilities.
