About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Podcast Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and clean execution. If you know how to turn raw conversations into engaging, high-quality podcast episodes and snackable social clips this role is for you. This is not basic editing work. We want someone who understands structure, rhythm, and audience retention.

Key Responsibilities

Edit full-length podcast episodes (video + audio sync)

Add professional intros, outros, titles, lower-thirds, and basic motion graphics

Clean audio, balance sound levels, remove background noise

Create short-form clips and reels optimized for social media

Maintain consistent editing quality and meet strict deadlines

Organize footage and manage project timelines efficiently

Preferred Candidate Profile

35 years of hands-on experience in video editing

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Good understanding of audio editing and podcast formats

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition

Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics and clean transitions

Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the internal team
