Were now expanding into podcast production for our clients in Tech, AI, and Web3 and were looking for someone who knows how to make a podcast not just sound great, but grow.

What Youll Do

• Research & Ideation Identify trending topics, formats, and styles in Tech, AI, and Web3 podcasts.
• Content Development Create episode concepts, questionnaires, scripts, and overall show flows.
• Guest Coordination Reach out to and coordinate with high-profile guests in the niche.
• Production Oversight Manage online podcast recordings with clients and guests, review edits, and ensure the final output aligns with trends and client expectations.
• Distribution & Growth Strategically publish episodes across YouTube, X, and Instagram, optimising for engagement and reach.
• Performance Tracking Monitor analytics and iterate content strategy to boost audience growth.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience scaling podcasts in Tech, AI, or Web3.
• Strong research skills and ability to spot emerging trends.
• Excellent writing skills for creating scripts and episode structures.
• Hands-on understanding of YouTube, X, and Instagram distribution strategies.
• Creative mindset with an eye for what captures attention.
• Ability to manage guests, timelines, and deliverables with precision.

Location and pay:

• Mumbai preferred. Remote within India is fine with IST overlap.
• CTC 68 LPA.
