Role Overview

We believe stories can change how people see the world.

At the Art & Culture function of Azim Premji Foundation, we make podcasts, films, original music, and public events. We tell stories about people, places, ideas, and issues that matter.

We're looking for someone who can help shape those stories into compelling podcast episodes.

We're looking for someone who understands how conversations become stories.

Someone who enjoys finding interesting ideas, shaping episodes, spotting great moments in a conversation, and thinking about what will keep audiences watching till the very end.

What You'll Do

● Shape podcast episodes from idea to final release

● Work with hosts and researchers to develop episode concepts and story arcs

● Review edits and help craft the narrative flow of episodes

● Identify clips, reels, and moments that can travel beyond the full episode

● Manage publishing and content calendars across YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp

● Work with editors and designers on titles, thumbnails, captions, and episode packaging

● Help maintain quality and consistency across shows

We're Looking For Someone Who

● Understands storytelling and audience attention

● Has strong editorial instincts

● Enjoys working with creators, editors, and researchers

● Is organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
