Podcast & Short-Form Video Editor (Remote, Part-Time)

About the role

We're hiring a Video Editor to edit virtual podcast and interview recordings and turn them into engaging long-form episodes and short-form social clips.

This is a fully remote role focused on Zoom / Riverside-style recordings. No in-person filming, no camera setup, no complex production.

What you'll do

Edit virtual podcast/interview recordings

Cut engaging short-form clips for social media

Identify strong moments and hooks from conversations

• Add captions, basic graphics, and branding
• Clean audio and improve pacing
• Deliver edits on time and apply feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience editing podcasts, interviews, or talking-head content
• Strong short-form editing instincts
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Comfortable editing Zoom / remote recordings
• Experience with captions and basic motion/text graphics
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
• Portfolio or examples of relevant work

Nice to have

• Experience editing content for founders or businesses
• Understanding of social-first formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
