Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Podcast Invitation Coordinator. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential podcast guests, managing communication and scheduling, and coordinating pre-show logistics. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth guest experiences and consistently high-quality episodes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, particularly in written and verbal correspondence
- Experience in scheduling, relationship building, and professional networking
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of podcasting or broadcast production processes is a plus
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
