Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Podcast Host. The Podcast Host will be responsible for planning, scripting, and hosting engaging podcast episodes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth research on assigned topics, interviewing guests, writing scripts, and collaborating with the production team. The host will also interact with the audience and help promote the podcast on social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills to engage with guests and connect with the audience effectively
• Writing and Research skills for scripting episodes and preparing for interviews
• Proficiency with Social Media platforms to promote episodes and engage with listeners
• Strong organizational skills to manage production schedules and deadlines
• Experience in hosting or public speaking is a plus
• Familiarity with audio editing tools and podcast production workflows is beneficial
