This is an internship role for a Podcast Host & Anchor, offering a hybrid work model in Noida with the flexibility of some work-from-home days. The intern will be responsible for hosting and anchoring podcast sessions, conducting in-depth research, preparing engaging scripts, interviewing industry professionals, and managing podcast-related social media content and strategies. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the seamless execution of episodes and audience engagement.

• Strong Communication skills, including verbal proficiency and the ability to engage with an audience effectively
• Exceptional Writing skills for creating compelling scripts and content
• Proficiency in Research and gathering information to prepare for interviews and discussions
• Experience with Interviewing techniques and conducting professional conversations
• Knowledge of Social Media platforms and strategies for promoting podcasts and engaging audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Enthusiasm for legal and business-focused topics is a plus
• Experience in audio editing software or podcast production is an added advantage
