Dhande Ki Baat Bajaj Ke Saath is a podcast built for Indian MSME and family business owners. Our mission is simple: from people who have done it, to people who aspire to do it. We bring real entrepreneurs with real journeys to inspire the next generation of business builders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research & identify potential podcast guests

• Craft personalised outreach messages (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram)

• Follow up consistently & manage guest pipeline

• Coordinate scheduling & confirmations

• Maintain weekly outreach tracker

• Share weekly update report with host

PERFORMANCE TARGETS

• 15-20 potential guests researched per week

• 10-15 personalised outreaches sent per week

• 2 confirmed guest conversations/month (Month 1-2)

• 2+ confirmed recordings/month from Month 3

• Updated tracker shared every week

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Mass Communication, Journalism or Media Studies background preferred

• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills

• Strong persuasion & people skills

• Comfortable reaching out to business owners

• Self-driven, organised & good at follow-through

• Genuine curiosity about entrepreneurship & business

• Own laptop is mandatory

WORK DETAILS

• 4 hours per day

• 3 days from Jaipur office | 2 days Work From Home

• Stipend: Competitive (based on interview)

• Duration: 3 to 6 months

• Start Date: Immediate
