Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including transactions, invoicing, payroll, and vendor management.
Ensure regulatory compliance with GST, TDS, RBI returns, and statutory audit requirements.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with AS / Ind-AS and deliver MIS reports for management review.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and debt partners; assist in fundraising and treasury operations.
Drive the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable business insights.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and financial governance processes.
Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data across all operations.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors for audit completion and compliance review.
Continuously evaluate financial systems and recommend process automation and efficiency & Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles.
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS / Ind-AS), taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
