Drive the full lifecycle of telecom cloud migration projects — from planning and execution to delivery — on the AWS platform.Define migration strategy, scope, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.Lead cross-functional teams across network, infrastructure, application, and security domains to ensure alignment and accountability.Manage project risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure secure and compliant migrations.Ensure interoperability with legacy systems post-migration and support operational readiness.Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the migration lifecycle. Proven experience managing complex AWS migration Projects, preferably in the telecom industry.Strong understanding of telecom systems (e.g., OSS/BSS) and cloud migration best practices.Hands-on knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and tools like AWS Migration Hub and CloudEndure.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
