Job Role: PMT – Prospect Mapping

Location: Hyderabad (No Relocation)

Duration: 6-12 Months (Contract, may extend based on performance and business needs)

Notice period: Immediate to 20 days preferred

Shift: 2 – 11 PM IST

The Associate – Prospect Mapping Team plays a pivotal role in supporting Deloitte's talent acquisition strategy by delivering advanced prospect mapping and talent data management services. .

Key Responsibilities:

•  Prospect Mapping & Name Generation:
• Execute & deliver to complex prospect mapping assignments, ensuring accurate alignment of inbound talent profiles from multiple channels (Talent Networks, Culture & Experience, career fairs, third-party lists) to appropriate Deloitte Businesses, Business Areas, and Business Lines within Avature CRM.
• Event Services & Talent Insights:
• Supporting Sourcing and Recruiting teams in Virtual career events by timely completing pre & post event activities such as list validation, sending invites, creating booths and tracking all the registrants post event to map them to appropriate businesses. Addressing and delivering to research requests to provide talent insights, Compensation intel and Competitor analysis.
• Deliver Quality leads, research insights & map external inbound profiles to appropriate businesses, ensuring high standards of data integrity, consistency, and compliance with Deloitte protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Technology, Information Management, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, data management, or recruiting support, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of talent pipeline management and CRM systems (preferably Avature).
• Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
