Division: Ethical – Ayurvedic Pharmaceuticals
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA (Marketing or Pharma)
Experience: 2–5 years in product management or marketing support in a pharma company
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies.
- Execute approved marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor product performance and market share.
- Analyze competitor activities and recommend action plans.
- Develop promotional materials such as visual aids, leave-behinds, brochures, and digital content.
- Coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, and Sales teams for timely campaign rollouts.
- Support product launches and new indication rollouts.
- Organize and manage CMEs, conferences, and promotional events.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Analyze prescription data, sales data, and market research reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential new segments.
- Prepare periodic brand performance and forecast reports.
- Track ROI on promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective product positioning.
- Conduct product training sessions for field force.
- Develop product detailing strategies and key messages.
- Gather field feedback and incorporate insights into brand plans.
