Role Purpose
The PMS Executive will support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's Performance Management System. The role involves coordinating performance appraisal cycles, maintaining employee performance data, generating reports, supporting goal-setting processes, and ensuring timely completion of performance reviews across the manufacturing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management Administration
- Coordinate end-to-end performance appraisal cycles across departments for Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Reviews.
- Assist employees and managers in goal setting, KPI definition, and performance review processes.
- Track completion of appraisal activities and follow up with stakeholders to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations, ratings, and development plans.
Data Management & Reporting
- Generate and analyze PMS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee performance data.
- Support HR leadership with periodic performance analytics and insights.
- Monitor performance trends and identify areas requiring intervention.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for PMS-related queries from employees and managers.
- Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure alignment of KPIs with business objectives.
- Facilitate calibration meetings and performance review discussions.
HR Operations Support
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify training needs based on performance outcomes.
- Support talent management and succession planning initiatives through performance data analysis.
- Assist in preparation of performance-related presentations and management reports.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate/ MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Management, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or Talent Management.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Required Skills
- Experience of HRIS systems such as PeopleStrong.
- Understanding of Performance Management Systems and appraisal processes.
- Knowledge of KPI setting, goal management, and competency frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
