We are looking for a PMO Specialist to join a global financial services organization. In this role, you will support project governance, delivery monitoring, and coordination across multiple initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and senior management.
You will play a key role in ensuring project quality, tracking progress, and supporting planning and risk management activities within a structured PMO environment.
We are looking for immediate joiners, and the role requires five days presence in the office.
Your tasks
- Monitoring project delivery and tracking OKRs
- Tracking project milestones and progress across initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with internal project methodologies and quality standards
- Supporting organization of status meetings and stakeholder communication
- Reviewing and analyzing project risks to ensure safe execution and profitability
- Supporting project planning, scheduling, estimation, and coordination activities
- Contributing to knowledge management across the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or Clarity PPM
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, Waterfall)
- Understanding of financial services or the banking domain
