Role Overview
The PMO Specialist manages financial governance, operational workflows, and resource lifecycles for the major BFSI Client account pipeline in Bengaluru. This role ensures strict compliance with Client engineering environment protocols and global contingent workforce frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Governance
- Reconcile monthly billing across regional Client cost centers.
- Manage weekly timesheets for all contractors via SAP Fieldglass and related approvals
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with Client procurement desks.
- Follow up for payments with client stake holders and have tight control over unbilled revenue
Resource Lifecycle & Compliance
- Onboard resources into secure Client networks (VDI, MyCompliance).
- Trigger background verifications (BGV) to Client security standards.
- Audit compliance records to prevent unvetted access.
- Execute offboarding protocols to instantly revoke access upon exit.
Contracts & Forecasting
- Draft SOWs and amendment letters tailored to Client requirements.
- Follow up for signatures from relevant stake holders
- Monitor SOW burn rates to prompt renewals before expiry.
Key Requirements
Skills & Tools
- Systems: Advanced Excel and SAP Fieldglass.
- Competencies: Investment banking compliance awareness and sharp audit discipline.
Experience & Location
- Location: On-site / Hybrid at the Bengaluru office.
- Shift: EMEA/US overlap shift flexibility required.
Experience: 3+ years in PMO, with 1+ years supporting a Tier-1 investment bank.
