Job Description

Senior PMO / Project Coordinator - Quality Transformation

Hyderabad | Full-Time Freelance | 3-Year Programme

We're supporting a major global organisation on a multi-year Quality Transformation Programme and are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Coordinator to support programme governance and delivery.

The programme is focused on modernising and harmonising Quality processes, systems and data across a global organisation, with initiatives spanning Quality Management, Regulatory Information, LIMS, Quality Data & Analytics and digital integrations with Manufacturing, Regulatory and Supply Chain.

This is a hands-on PMO role focused on coordination, governance, reporting and delivery visibility. Deep technical Quality systems knowledge is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones and deliverables.
  • Consolidate status updates across projects and workstreams.
  • Track dependencies and identify delivery deviations early.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards and steering committee packs.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, project reviews and follow-up actions.
  • Own RAID logs and track risks, issues, decisions and actions through to closure.
  • Support budget, forecast, invoice and resource tracking.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners.
  • Provide clear programme updates to senior leadership.

Experience Required

  • 3-7 years experience in PMO, Project Coordination or Project Management.
  • Experience supporting transformation, digital, IT or business change programmes.
  • Strong experience across programme governance, reporting and RAID management.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, MS Project, Smartsheet or Jira is advantageous.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Desirable

  • Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer Health or Manufacturing experience.
  • Exposure to Veeva QMS, Veeva RIM, LIMS, TrackWise, MasterControl or similar systems.
  • Experience working across global programmes, multiple sites and external vendors.
  • Exposure to GxP, Quality, Regulatory or Validation environments.
