  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) as a Scrum Master when required.
  • Drive Agile best practices to enhance team collaboration, delivery speed, and quality.

Independent Project Ownership:-

  • Manage multiple small-to-mid sized Oracle ERP/HCM initiatives independently within the PMO framework.
  • Oversee vendor-led implementations and ensure deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations.

Solution Consulting & Process Optimization:-

  • Analyze existing ERP/HCM processes, workflows, and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and system utilization.

Risk, Compliance & Security:-

  • Identify project risks, system vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps; develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to security standards, data privacy regulations, and internal governance policies.

Implementation & Change Management:-

  • Drive solution deployment, integration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Lead user training, change management, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting:-

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, FSDs, technical specifications, and process flows.
  • Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement:-

  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement within ERP/HCM ecosystems.
  • Contribute to PMO best practices and organizational capability maturity.

Position Scope:-

  • Develop and manage detailed project/program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design to define optimal execution strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle ERP/HCM solutions in collaboration with technical teams and vendors.
  • Ensure quality assurance, governance compliance, and approval of all project deliverables.
  • Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
  • Handle scope, cost, schedule, risk, and vendor management effectively across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with strong exposure to Oracle ERP and/or HCM implementations.
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle ERP/HCM projects (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement modules).
