Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO Coordinator / Project Manager with experience in the financial services domain. The role focuses on strengthening project governance, financial tracking, and cross-functional communication, especially within banking transformation and technology initiatives aligned with regulatory compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze project data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting across stakeholders
2. Governance & Compliance
- Support adherence to enterprise governance frameworks and toll-gate processes
- Assist in ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Maintain project documentation aligned with internal standards
3. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and documentation
- Capture minutes of meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in project management or PMO coordination, preferably within banking or financial services IT environments
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Domain Knowledge:
- Familiarity with risk management, IT operations, and regulatory frameworks in financial services
- Experience in banking transformation or large-scale regulatory programs
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, MS SharePoint, Confluence, or similar PPM tools
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders
