Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Lead – PMO with 10+ years of experience to drive PMO governance, client onboarding, contract management, ODC operations, and cross‑functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience handling SOWs, MOUs, and MSAs, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, Admin, IT, and Business units. The role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Mode of Work: Full time

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Work with the Contract Management team on MOU, NDA, MSA, and other contract governance processes.
  • Manage new client onboarding and support ongoing client relationship activities.
  • Handle SOW and Task Order Management, including renewals and tracking.
  • Coordinate with Business Unit SPOCs for talent onboarding and offboarding, maintaining dashboards and sharing reports.
  • Support PMO team members in coordinating with HR for background verification and timesheet approvals.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams on billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Manage ODC operations, including security compliance, audits, access control, and profitability tracking.
  • Coordinate with Admin and IT teams on day‑to‑day ODC management and resource allocations.
  • Support and track organizational compliance such as ISO, CMMI, SOC 2, and other audit requirements.
  • Utilize PMO tools like Fieldglass, Beeline, Zoho, etc. (advantage).
  • Maintain strong governance discipline and ensure alignment with organizational PMO frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Delivery Governance roles.

  • Master's degree (PMP certification optional but preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of contract management and client onboarding processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SOW, MSA, NDA, MOU management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams: HR, Finance, Admin, IT, Business Units.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in preparing dashboards, reports, and documentation.
  • Good stakeholder and client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle compliance requirements and audit processes (ISO, CMMI, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Comfortable working from office (minimum 4 days; 5 days preferred).

Good To Have Skills:

  • Experience using PMO tools like Fieldglass, Beeline, Zoho, or similar platforms.

  • Prior experience managing ODC environments, including security and audit readiness.
  • Exposure to resource management, operations governance, or delivery excellence.
  • Flexibility to manage work hours based on demand.
  • Candidates meeting education consistency criteria (60%+ in 10th, 12th, and Degree).
  • Short notice period availability preferred.
