  • Lead end-to-end execution of wind portfolio

Job Description

  • Lead execution of utility-scale wind projects from NTP to COD & HOTO.
  • Manage multi-site wind project portfolio across TN, KA, MH & RJ.
  • Ensure adherence to project baseline schedule, cost plan, and contractual milestones.
  • Develop integrated Master Project Schedule (Primavera/MSP).
  • Conduct weekly portfolio reviews with site teams.
  • Establish standardized project reporting dashboards for management.
  • Interface with WTG OEMs (SGRE, Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision etc.).
  • Govern EPC contractors across cBOP / eBOP / crane packages.
  • Ensure timely approvals for charging and commissioning.
  • Identify execution bottlenecks early.
  • Prepare mitigation & acceleration plans.
  • Monitor project CAPEX and cash flow forecasts.
  • Support budgeting, cost optimization, and variation control.
  • Validate contractor billing and milestone certification
  • Lead audits, NCR closure and root cause reviews
  • Ensure documentation closure and asset stabilization.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.E./B.Tech - Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
  • MBA / PGDM / Project Management certification preferred
  • Overall 12-18 years of experience in Renewable Energy Projects
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Wind Project Execution
  • Experience handling multi-state wind portfolio
  • Prior exposure with IPPs / OEMs / EPC players preferred
  • Multi-site team leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Decision making under execution pressure
  • Contractor governance capability
  • Cross-functional coordination
