Job Description

PMO Lead

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timing : Australia Shift time zone (4:30 AM to 1 PM IST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end PMO activities across projects/programs.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project governance reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project status updates and escalations.
  • Handle invoicing activities including invoice tracking, validation, follow-ups, and reconciliation.
  • Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards and processes.
  • Conduct project review meetings and maintain meeting minutes/action trackers.
  • Monitor project performance KPIs and provide management insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in PMO/project coordination roles.
  • Strong experience in invoicing and project financial tracking.
  • Good understanding of PMO governance and reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with project management and PMO tools.
