PMO Lead
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Mode: Hybrid
Shift Timing : Australia Shift time zone (4:30 AM to 1 PM IST)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end PMO activities across projects/programs.
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project governance reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project status updates and escalations.
- Handle invoicing activities including invoice tracking, validation, follow-ups, and reconciliation.
- Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards and processes.
- Conduct project review meetings and maintain meeting minutes/action trackers.
- Monitor project performance KPIs and provide management insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in PMO/project coordination roles.
- Strong experience in invoicing and project financial tracking.
- Good understanding of PMO governance and reporting processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Experience with project management and PMO tools.
