We are looking for a PMO lead position with 15+ years of experience in our Global Technology Services Finance Technologies group

As PMO Lead you will

  • Strategy and Governance- Develop and implement Delivery Strategy, goals, and objectives. Establish governance structures, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of program delivery excellence, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed schedule, budget, and scope.
  • Drive strategic initiatives across divisions, leveraging tailored (waterfall & agile) methodologies and governance frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to exacting standards.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define functions and benefits of Delivery Office.
  • Drive continuous improvement, implement lessons learned and best practices to enhance initiative quality and outcomes.
  • Implement PMIS (Project Management Information Systems) to track key performance indicators (KPI's), metrics and initiative health.
  • Effectively interface with senior management, key stakeholders, and vendors regarding project deliverables, status, issues, and risks.
  • Manage project staff (directly or indirectly) provide leadership, direction, guidance, and support in driving toward expected project outcomes.
  • Define and manage comprehensive program budgets, ensuring alignment with contracts and identifying opportunities for optimization propose and implement corrective actions as necessary to guarantee responsibility and compliance.

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills effectively communicates (both written and oral) at all levels throughout an organization.

Comfortable gaining commitment and consensus through persuasion and negotiation works collaboratively across teams to reach common goals.

Solid decision-maker that takes responsibility for projects, people, and actions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management

Demonstrated experience managing IT projects from planning through implementation including requirements gathering, design, development, and testing

Program/Project Management Office experience including agile/waterfall methodologies.

Good to have skills

Domain experience in Finance domain and Regulatory Processes will be a big plus
