Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, and Delivery teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
  • Support delivery leads in resolving operational issues.

PMO Activities

  • Manage billing, timesheets, and compliance tracking.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly operations reviews.
  • Maintain accurate reports across delivery functions.

Operations Data & Analytics

  • Manage delivery operations data (utilization, financials, project metrics).
  • Build and maintain dashboards for client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve delivery performance.

Governance & Process Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and delivery standards.
  • Support audit and governance activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery operations.

Qualifications

  • 37 years experience in PMO or delivery operations in IT/consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery metrics, financial tracking, and governance.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
