Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PMO & Client Engagement Manager to join the Team. This role combines project management office excellence with strategic business relationship management to drive successful delivery and foster strong partnerships with our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Collaborate closely with clients hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and recruitment timelines.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, technical capabilities, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all resource augmentation and staffing-related opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and value creation, while contributing to business development and client engagement activities.
  • Understand client business needs and translate requirements into actionable recruitment and staffing plans.
  • Coordinate and support regular client and stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting documentation, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations effectively and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
  • Ensure timely resource fulfilment and allocation within agreed budgets, timelines, and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, hiring trackers, and status reports to ensure visibility and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and resource capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, vendor management, recruitment, or staffing coordination within the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in IT or technology recruitment, talent acquisition, and technology consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, candidate management, and interview coordination.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, staffing partners, and agency coordination.
  • Good understanding of contractual agreements such as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and related vendor-client engagement terms.
  • Ability to coordinate and support regular client and stakeholder meetings and follow-up tracking.
  • Strong capability in ensuring timely resource fulfilment and allocation within agreed budgets, timelines, and project requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and delivery teams to align staffing solutions with business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment compliance, and hiring best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
