Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented professional to join the CEO's Office as a PMO. This role will work closely with the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic coordination, stakeholder communication, and executive priorities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of handling high-pressure environments, and able to bring structure to fast-paced and dynamic business operations.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and scheduling priorities efficiently.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Coordinate itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and travel-related logistics.
  • Ensure seamless travel experiences and manage last-minute changes effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with leadership teams, investors, partners, and cross-functional departments.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication on key action items.
  • Organize leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Prepare agendas, capture detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action items to closure.
  • Ensure accountability and timely execution across teams.
  • Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, business planning, and operational tracking.
  • Understand business priorities and help drive alignment across teams.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and business updates.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth execution of key organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in PMO, Executive Assistant, CEO's Office, or similar strategic coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and operational management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office tools and meeting management platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • High ownership, hustle mindset, and execution-driven approach.
  • Experience working directly with founders or CXO leadership is preferred.
