Role: Associate - PMO

Primary Skill: Agile Coaching & Training, Agile Project Management, Product Management, Stakeholder Management, Presentation Preparations.

Job Responsibilities/KRAs:

• Conduct Agile trainings, workshops, and enablement sessions for project teams under the PMO Agile vertical.
• Support senior Agile coaches and PMO leads by assisting in foundational Agile learning for teams (e.g., Scrum basics, Kanban overview, ceremonies, backlog hygiene) and by capturing feedback and action items.
• Prepare and refine training decks, playbooks, quick reference guides, checklists, and other enablement materials using standard PMO templates and branding.
• Assist in maintaining and updating Agile work tracking tools (e.g., Jira or Azure DevOps) by helping set up boards, workflows, and simple reports as guided by PMO standards.
• Contribute content for PMO newsletters and internal communications, including success stories, team spotlights, tips, and announcements related to Agile initiatives.
• Support Agile health checks and feedback cycles by running simple surveys, consolidating responses, and helping to prepare summary insights for senior stakeholders.
• Work with PMO leadership on identified problem statements by conducting basic research, organizing data, and supporting the preparation of approaches and roadmaps for Agile improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills when assisting in trainings, sharing updates, and coordinating with the teams.

Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications, Certifications, etc.,

• Fresh graduate (0 -1 year of experience) with a postgraduate degree in Management (MBA or equivalent), preferably from top-tier B‑School (IIMs/Leading Institutes)) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across levels through clear presentations, storytelling, and data‑backed recommendations.
• Good to have key certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, ICP‑ACC, or equivalent will be considered a strong asset.
• Strong academic track record with demonstrated interest in project management, consulting, product management, organization development, or related areas.
