Job Title: PMO Associate
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Description
- The PMO Associate supports project governance, reporting, and coordination activities to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs.
- This role acts as a key enabler for managers and stakeholders by maintaining standards, tracking progress, and providing operational support.
- This role is in the operations space and involves close coordination with Ops leadership on projects and initiatives

Your Key Responsibilities
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and compliance requirements.
Coordination & Support
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items.
- Coordinate management information requests across stakeholders.
Documentation & Analysis
- Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure version control.
- Support financial tracking, resource allocation, and variance analysis.
Communication
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and newsletters for senior management.
- Facilitate clear communication between project teams and leadership.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor time reporting compliance and reconcile reported hours.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain resource trackers.
Your Skills And Experience
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with PMO tools like SharePoint, Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and exhibit ownership.
- Preferred Certifications
- PMP or equivalent certification is desirable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, IT, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support (banking/BFSI experience preferred).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
