Key Responsibilities
PMO Governance & Program Support
Produce, analyze, and maintain program and project-level reporting to track progress against key milestones and success criteria.
Maintain governance controls such as resource utilization tracking, financial management, and change control processes.
Ensure all deliverables comply with documented standards, templates, methodologies, and toolsets.
Conduct quality assurance reviews on reporting and project artefacts to drive consistency and improvements.
Document and coordinate meeting outputs, including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
Identify process improvement opportunities across tools, templates, and reporting frameworks propose enhancements to senior management.
Provide system administration and support for delivery toolsets (e.g., SharePoint, Clarity, Rally, MS Project), including assisting with tool development and team training.
Support the creation and maintenance of continuous learning curricula aligned to project and program management competencies.
Application Analysis & Technology Strategy
Conduct deep-dive analysis of applications to evaluate alignment with future-state technology strategy and identify rationalization opportunities.
Structure and execute application rationalization projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Facilitate formation of working groups to execute rationalization plans and track progress towards target outcomes.
Work with delivery teams to ensure execution aligns with timelines, program goals, and strategic direction.
Identify impediments across workstreams and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive resolution.
Build and maintain a strong internal network to understand business needs and socialize program objectives.
Work on the assigned legacy applications, modules and instances to retire.
Generate weekly, monthly reports and extracts to maintain the audit guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
5-10 years of demonstrable experience in project management, PMO operations, technology strategy, or application/technology analysis.
Proven experience in supporting projects to successful completion.
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess application functionality, risks, dependencies, and financials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing administrative PMO tasks (70-80% operational).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Experience with project governance tools: SharePoint, Clarity, Rally, MS Project.
Advanced Excel skills and/or basic SQL knowledge.
Experience in financial services, especially performing application-related analysis.
PMI, PMP, or Prince2 certification.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
